What is a
Mini Facelift?
Dr. Murphy performs a mini facelift focusing on the cheeks for patients with minimal jowling and tight neck skin. Sometimes called a “weekend lift” because it requires less recovery time, the mini facelift is a scaled-down version of a full facelift. It’s best if you’re concerned about early signs of aging and have only minimal facial laxity.
A full facelift elevates the cheeks, eliminates jowls, and tightens sagging skin below the chin. A neck lift on its own may be appropriate if you only want to minimize the appearance of vertical bands, which are often early signs of aging.
